Neurologist explains how brain disorders shape our sense of self

The ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Book Club has been reading Masud Husain’s in October, in which the neurologist reveals what some of his patients taught him about the brain. The book won the Royal Society Trivedi Science Book prize earlier this month, so we were delighted to get to ask Masud all about his research and his patients, from Wahid, a bus driver who developed dementia with Lewy bodies and started hallucinating, to David, who became incredibly apathetic after having two small strokes.
