Colour Run 2025
ÐÔÊӽ紫ý burst into a rainbow of colour as our students in Years 5 & 6 celebrated an incredible fundraising milestone with a vibrant obstacle course on Friday 29 August 2025!
As part of our Year 6 Global Changemakers program, students have been shining a light on the global challenge of energy poverty by raising funds for the ‘SolarBuddy’. This amazing Australian charity delivers solar lights to communities without reliable electricity. As part of their upcoming Shoreham Learning Journeys, students will even assemble the solar light kits themselves, an inspiring demonstration of empathy, initiative, and service.
Many students went above and beyond to support the cause, taking on extra challenges like running extra laps, baking delicious treats, and crafting bracelets to spread awareness. Across two years of the Global Changemakers program, their dedication helped raise an incredible $37,000!
The excitement peaked at the biennial Colour Run, a joyful celebration of colour, energy, and community spirit. The fun didn’t stop there – our top fundraisers from each class won the ultimate prize: the chance to slime a teacher! And every student who contributed went into the draw to slime Principal Müller.
